Portland, Oregon, is littered with happy hours and "specials." Suffice to say that serving a smaller portion for less money isn't very "happy" in our books, and we had the damnedest time finding a good resource on where we should be stretching our hard-earned dollars. So tune in here and find cool stuff in and around Portland for cheap – food, drinks, dates, to-dos and the occasional (what we think as) relevant local product reviews.
